Brothers of Light: Black and White

Turned out to be a strange drawing. I did almost the whole thing with a graphite pencil that was one of those where the whole pencil is one big stick of graphite. That allowed me to work quickly and almost paint with graphite, similar to pastels.

I was trying to do the black twin/white twin thing like the IDW version of Xamot and Tomax. I positioned their faces like yin and yang but didn't go that far because I didn't want to be too cliche with it. These two are mirror image identical twins, cohesive in a lot of ways and contrary in many ways. The only way I could think to picture this is to make one awake and one asleep. I tried to make them a little realistic, yet keep the spirit of that hideous Renegades art style.
